Continuous bright annealing furnace
Usage: Used for continuous bright annealing of copper straight pipes (rods), steel pipes, aluminum pipes or coils of different specifications under controlled atmosphere.
Features: The workpiece is continuously preheated, heated, insulated, slowly cooled, and cooled without being limited by length. The transmission adopts roller synchronous transmission, variable frequency speed regulation, and is stable and reliable. A hot atmosphere cycle that protects the atmosphere, with uniform temperature and very bright inner and outer surfaces. The unique design of the cooling zone ensures uniform cooling of the workpiece. The processed products have bright inner and outer surfaces, high product quality, and high productivity.
Heating method: Electric heating or gas heating.
Production line composition: front roller conveyor material platform, front air exchange chamber, front preheating zone, heating furnace, slow cooling zone, cooling zone (including transition zone and strong wind cooling zone), rear air exchange chamber (including water cooling zone), rear roller conveyor material system, computer control system, electrical control system, and protective atmosphere device.
